Relay is operated by Infinite Empire. By using Relay you agree to these terms and enter a contract with Infinite Empire. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Relay. One person or business per account — Business plans may invite team members within their seat limit.
Relay offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business subscriptions, billed monthly. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes, which our payment provider calculates and collects. Paid features unlock as soon as your payment is confirmed. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page — no emails or phone calls needed. After cancelling, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Creator codes are single-use and grant Pro access for the period stated when the code was issued. Promo codes apply a discount at checkout for the period shown with the offer. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, and we may end a promotion early if it's misused.
Don't use Relay to post illegal, harmful or spam content, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to break the rules of the social platforms you connect, or to interfere with the service (including malware, probing or scraping). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, don't pay, or pose a security or fraud risk.
You keep full ownership of everything you create and post through Relay. You give us permission to store and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.
Relay and its software, documentation and branding belong to Infinite Empire. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing them before acting, and they aren't professional advice.
We may add, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we'll give affected subscribers notice and the chance to cancel.
